Does anyone know what makes these wheels "for race purpose only"? I tried calling panasport, but i just get their answering machine.

Ive had a set of them for a few years, and i was thinking about putting some rubber on them and mounting them. I just need to know the cause and effect of using them for street use (safty, damage to the wheels, etc). I dont wanna screw up the wheels, my car, or myself so i figured id ask first.
