hey all, Is there a left and right strut on the front suspension? does it matter which one u put in which side? I noticed an L and an R one on each strut, on the clip that holds the brake line. Does this say which side of the car they go on when u are facing the direction the car is facing?

I agree that everyone knows what you are talking about either way, but if you want to be technically correct, cars with MacPherson strut suspensions have struts (on the end or ends with the MacPherson setup) and cars with SLA or double-wishbone, solid axle or just about whatever else have shocks. The FD has four shocks. Struts tend to have bigger shafts since they get loads that try to bend the strut along its length. Shocks just compress and extend.
There are two different shocks on the front of the FD -- one L and one R. The rear shocks are identical for both sides.
