Newb Question... Can 305/30/18 fit in the FD rear??
I been doing some calculations and I think its going to work.. but not 100%
In theory, it should work with some rolling my rear fenders..
I'm wondering if Hoosier A3S04 305-30-18s will work with my SSR Comp 10.5x18 offset +43, with some coilovers.
Anyone??

Gene Felber had 295/30/18's on 18x11", +48 kinesis.
Gene indicated to me that the 295 pirelli was HUGE, and as big as a 305 hoosier (Gene is/was a serious guy, and wouldn't say it if he hadn't verified).
His 11"/295 setup cleared the trailing arm (aftermarket), but was REALLY tight to the outside. It required cutting the fender lips completely off (not rolling), running a fairly conservative ride height (Gene's philosophy was to keep the lower suspension arms parallel to the ground), and pretty aggressive camber.
You can do the math on frontspacing with a 11" +48 vs. a 10.5" +43 and see.... expect to massage the fenders though.

I have an eastwood fender roller.. which could be used to push the rear quarter out a bit so I make more room for the tires.. But I have not used it yet. I guess if I mess it up, its time for me to go with some flares

Well, the nice thing about Hoosiers is, they don't last long so you can try something else.
Maybe play it safe, get the 295's, and then depending on how it looks/works, get 305's next time...
Didn't the guy you bought those 10.5 SSRs from (autocross guy) run 305's on them?

Naw, I bought a set 3 years ago (18x8s and 18x10.5s) and then I blew my motor. I recently picked up another set of 18x10.5s and decided to run it all the way around.
F 275/35/18s and R295 or 305 /30/18s.

I have an eastwood fender roller and going to see if I could extend it out. I've seen couple of people who did this and gave 10-30mm more spacing.
I just got some 305/30/18s (2) Hoosier that I'm going to give it a try with...

Phil I have 18x10 +43 in the rear with 285/30 Bridgestones... with NO fender rolling they rub the fender on hard/medium cornering. I can't imagine trying to put a 305 on there with a +43 offset, but if you make it work you'll definitely have to do some serious rolling.
