Would 18x8 front 18x9.5 rear offset 20 fit into FC?

Depends on the tire...
But, if we're talking 8.0", +20 up front...it'll hit the stock fender lip.
This almost won't fit unless we're talking about stretching a 195 wide tire onto the 8.0" wide wheel.
Else, you'd need overfenders or pull the fenders to get the tires to tuck in.
9.5", +20 on a 225 or 235 might fit back there, but it's going to be close.
I'd go with overfenders in the rears just to be safe.
Anything wider than a 235 is going to hit the fender lip.
Both fronts and rears will clear everything inside, no problem.
It's a matter if it's going to hit the fenders lips, cause they kinda stick out just a little bit too much for stock fenders.

with a slight stretch on the tires and a slight roll on the fenders they should fit fine. (like 215's front, 235's back) or with a decent pull on the fender (or overfenders) and normal fitting tires they will fit.(235/255? I dunno).

Not with something close to a 1" spacer to fit up front.
