New tires, what kind?

My treads are getting worn out on my tires, and i was wondering what tires i should get? What would you recomend? I have 16 in wheels.

Haha, you might wanna be more specific than proxes. Thats just a line of tire. The FZ4's suck big dick.

From what I hear, the Bridgestone Potenza S03's are really good. But spendy I think.

Don't ever get the Kumho 712s. They are the worst "performance" tires I have ever driven on.

I have them now and they suck-***! I have been waiting for them to wear-out for over a year. They are just too hard.

Check out e-bay or some of the bimmer forums. I just purchased some S03's 255 40 17's that were brand new with the sticker on them for $132.50 each shipped! On tire rack I believe they are $250 each.

My friend has a pretty beast front wheel drive talon w/ Eagle F1's and they seem to hook up pretty good on the street.
