Talking New GIFTS!!!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Ray at Malloy for my new bump stops and seats. Many thanks for the parts and the excellent customer service. If any of you need anything 7 related, Ray is your man. What a super guy.

Anyways, here are the pics of my latest "gifts" I am getting these installed and the car aligned tomorrow. I can't wait. Car is still on stock suspension. Thanks to those on the forum who suggested the Tokico / Eibach combo. Am looking forward to trying them out. Will update pics once installed. Also attached a pic of current setup.

current setup:

new stuff:

Had to get a new R1 lip too, since mince is ALL scraped up.

It's like Christmas in August! It's always nice buying stuff and ripping open the boxes. You really do feel like a little kid on Christmas- until you get your credit card statement But it's all worth it.

hehe... you got that right. Christmas in August... I like that. And yes, I did feel like a little kid. You should have seen me checking my front door everyday I got home from work. "Did the UPS truck come yet???" "Did the FedEx guy come yet???"

Only thing I'm worried about is that my handling is still limited by my retarded tires (Kumhos 712's). I hate those things. Gotta save up for proxes or f1's next. I wonder how big a difference I'll notice with my new suspension on these Kumho's

If you don't have them yet, how about some bigger sway bars

What did the bumpstops/seats cost you? I need them replaced on my car too.

hmmmmm... let's see. From Ray, the total for everything was 390, but that included my new R1 lip. So subtract 120 or so for the lip, it's 270 for everything. Bump stops and spring seats. Does that help? Ray's a great guy... give him a ring and he can help ya.

here are the updated pics... I love the new setup. Very streetable and not harsh, but the handling is a million times better. Can't believe I rode on those stock shocks for so long. I would recommend this set up for anyone. Eibach's lowered it 1" in front and about 3/4" in the rear. I love the look. I have the tokico's set at 3. I also still have to put on my new r1 lip.
