Oh it goes way beyond the extended lead times. The whole damn process from beginning to end is just wonky.

I have to send them my checks in advance, I GET NO PAPERWORK IN RETURN, I get no calls when orders are delayed, when I call and get updates I'm told "X" date and that turns into "X + 120days and BEYOND". I'm told 3-4 weeks after container lands all orders will ship out, well 7 weeks later I'm still waiting on a few sets only to find out they are short here or there, some have minor scratches, all kinds of stuff.

I AM SO ON TOP OF MY GAME THAT I DON'T LET A SINGLE THING SLIDE. I DON'T WANT ANYTHING LESS THAN PERFECT FOR MY CLIENTS. The sad part is it's not worth it's weight in gold when there's so much maintenance involved.

Then I'm told and promised all wheels will land on said container and guess what, nope, they still had to mix and match colors to complete one of the final sets and have them powdercoated to match. So basically this customer could have had his wheels 6 months ago. I don't see any reason why he needed to wait.

ONLY THING I CAN SAY IS THEY SEEM TO STAND BEHIND WARRANTY/DEFECT ISSUES WITH THE PRODUCT.

I PRIDE MYSELF IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROVIDING A SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT I'M COMPENSATED FOR. THEY ARE LIKE THE ANTAGONIST OF MY SELF ACCLAIMED NOVEL.

Anyways, Friday night vent. I STILL LOVE THIS FREAKING WHEEL, ARGHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!

Wow, Rishie. Sorry to here that.

To be honest they came through personally, with flying colors. I was aware of some of the problems the company was having before purchasing them . I did keep in contact with them throughout the order. I aways got a response, even if it was, I had to wait a little longer. Once they told me they were being machined, I received them quickly.

BTW, I am super happy with the way these look. I feel I could put a 285 or maybe larger and still have Clarence on the stock trailing arm. Fender would need to be pulled slightly or an alighnment adjustment to clear.

Ya well you chose a color, Brushed titanium, that happened to be in stock. I also believe that your order was processed before they got their huge container of other wheels so the machining process probably wasn't as backed up.

If your order somehow got priority over the other orders that were submitted in December last year well then that shows how messed up the process is. I'm still holding my breath and continue to give them the benefit of the doubt. I'm about to go ape **** though because of the time involved.

Yours was just a single order which honestly proves that maybe 1 out of 20 sets of wheels will be processed timely. Again, I like the product, I don't like how they handle the orders and updates.

If there are delays it's not our jobs as consumers to constantly call and call to receive very vague answers. You were one of the lucky few. I emailed them a week ago for updates on the balance of my orders and have not received a response. I try calling and nobody qualified is there to respond to my questions. Somebody is on vacation, owner is not there or busy, and that's about it. Only 2 people have the ability to respond on all orders. I can't imagine it's easy for 2 guys to track all the orders they get on a daily basis.

Just realized I never posted any. These were taken back in 2014. Cant believe it's been that long. I had to use front and rear spacers to get the right fit. Thinking of ordering a new deeper dish set so I can get rid of the spacers.
