anthony - yup those are them
7racer - thanks i will defnitely post pics. john said he want pics too because this is the first set of 18s hes made!
Mdessouki - the tires were Kumho ECSTA V710 and they were like 265 each so like 1040 for tires and john gave me a price break because i originally wanted the three piece classic style ones so he met me in the middle of pricing and the wheels cost like 2300
pics will be up next weekend cuz i wont see the car until friday or saturday.

what is the weight of the one piece 18x10?
My 18x10.5" 3 piece CCW with titanium bolts and lightweight centers are around 19lbs 6 ounces.
Those look sharp and certainly will be nice on your FD. Congrats!

I was going to say you would be lucky to get 1k miles out of those 710s.

The upkeep. After the third time in four or five months of ownership that I spend hours crawling around on my knees polishing the lips to keep them looking good, I said screw them and sold them and bought BBS. They wipe off with a cloth.
I'd still get Fikse's mind you, but they'd be one of the annodized or painted finishes... lips and all.

It is like polishing the rims twice (polish then treat) to receive a hose off finnish that lasts at least a year and maintains the unmatched polished aluminum look. Anodizing just doesn't shine enough for me.
Even "Wheel Wax" works pretty good and saves some polishing time.
