Talking My wheels don't rub 17x9 17x10

The place screwed up my offset and I was worried about it, anyways the
17x9 +41 w/ 245 up front
17x10 +44 w/ 275 rears don't rub with stock suspension.
I'm happy.

Which wheels did you get? What tires? What sizes?

By my calculations that offset for the 9 x 17 is a bit tight up front. It'd be better to have 45 mm offsets.

Regardless, I'm glad you're happy!

Sorry, I didn't even realize I said that.

Volk GT-A

It is tight up front but it doesn't rub and thats all I'm worried about.

9 x 17s really work well with 255/40-17 tires, but with the tight clearance, you'll be limited to 245/40-17 to keep the overall tire diameter shorter for better fenderlip clearance up front.

Good luck!

Yup, sounds like you'd have slight problems when lowering the vehicle. Congrats though. Good looking wheel.

GsrSol,

You'll need to remove your left front fender liner bolt, and dial in about two degrees of front negative camber to help with front fender clearance, once you lower the FD's ride height with an aftermarket suspension.

It will be tight, but manageable!

Good luck!

Your fine - if Max Cooper's 18X10 +50s fit (which sit a few mm's or so outboard of yours, then so should yours.

Taz had 17X9 +40 front and I (along with a bunch others - you guys know who you are, hehe) had 18X9 +42 (me with 255/35/18s) and it fit fine.

Key, of course, is tire selection - which is the 'last mile' when it comes to fit.

SWEET! They fit!

Installed my 17x9 +41 offset Volk GT-P's today.

Using the Yokohama AVS Intermediates 245/40 I had no rubbing issues whatsoever. It is tight at full turn to the right and left but enough room for no rub. Plenty of clearance fromt he shocks and springs.

Thanks for all the help everyone! You know who you are!
