Need some advice on 14" tires
Here's the deal. I own a 88 SE. I know, I know. Get rid of the 4-lug and solve the problem.
I have the 14" SE rims and I need rubber bad. The car is in the paint shop till next week and then I am pulling it out, driving down and having some new rubber laid on the rims.
What size/brand tire would you recommend? I am looking for all input here from anyone still running the 14" tires.
I can't afford to buy new rims or convert yet, I am planning to do this come summer, so I need a "get me by" tire till then.
5-lug conversion and 16" GTU rims will look sweet on my red ride.
I was looking at the Pirelli P4000 tires, HR rated and only $55 a tire locally. I need something that will handle some high speeds and the high pressure incurred from the FC's handling.

Look into Kumho Ecsta 711. I found them for $47.00 a tire at Onlinetires.com. Im going with Yokohama 520. 16X7. I got some Momos with the 4 lugs off a guy I know. They weigh about 13lbs.
