my set up good or bad
I have an 88 gxl with an s5 TII engine. I have adjustable shocks and stock springs all the way around
a strut bar in the rear only
Rear DTSS Eliminators
The rear shocks are set very stiff and the fronts are set very soft. I like how when i turn my rear ends slides out nicely and i feel its good practice for drifting/power sliding
Is this a good set up or should i put the front strut bar back on?
By having the rear end very stiff and the front very loose with lots of body roll will i hurt the body of my car?? I know this is kind of a weird question but its been on my mind and i just want to know.

the only way you'll hurt the car is if you run into something. or maybe land in a ditch with a coule wheels off the ground?
the strut bars barely do anything, but theres no reason not to have one. if you have the front one already, put it on. i'm assuming you did mean strut bar, which mounts on top of the shock towers.. if you meant sway bar, thats a totally different story.
play around with shock settings and just see how it affects the car. full stiff up front, soft in rear, soft everywhere, stiff everywhere, etc. might as well take advantage of the adjustability and find the setup that works for you.
everyone has their own driving style, so theres no real 'right/wrong' shock settings, just general guidance.
