i was just wondering if anyone had any experiance with buying wheels through those countless adds in alot of sport compact magazines. Most are a wheel+tire combo and the prices seem pretty o-k.

if you have, which add/website/whatever do you recomend?

Those prices for the wheel and tire packages are low because they'll use the absolute cheapest tire they sell. Just keep that in mind, unless you can pick the tire, they probably aren't going to be very good.

 

so would it be cheaper to buy the wheels alone from a dealer?
