they should have came with lug nuts. Mine did. You should be able to go to any wheel shop and they have those thin ones they sell for $1 each

Thank Rishie, I've gone to 3 places and no one has something that works. Since my hood was stolen recently, I'm really nervous to put the wheels on until I have something that is at least a partial deterrant...

they make locks for those..??
im talking about the "tuner" nuts insted of a hex outer, you pretty much put a 12mm allen inside it, because the whole nut goes inside the wheel

I hope so. The wheels are fantastic but wheels get stolen a lot around here (nice article in the paper the other week too,,,great).

I don't want them on until I have some sort of deterrent. I know they can still steal them but at least it'll be harder.

Are your wheel nuts the weird kind that go totally into the wheel and have the taper about halfway up the body? They would look something like this...

Do you have the GTC's too? Where'd you buy the lug nuts, if so?

Have you tried these? I have been looking at them myself. I like the idea they dont thread. makes it easier to change a tire when you dont lose the key like most Mcguard types. I hate the cast keys. They always break. I worked at a tire/wheel shop and broke dozens of the keys every month

Mackin does have wheel locks specifically for the GT-C. However they are out of the 12x1.5 pitch. I will be contacted when they arrive. You're looking around $50.00 shipped.

Thanks, Rishie

Hey Rishie, any news? Also, on the Supra forum they said the Kyokugen nuts would work and they are essentially locking lug nuts, or at least an uncommon type of lug nut. ANy one know if they work on the FDs?

I'm still waiting. Well ****. If they will work I have those at the shop right now. If it's been proven there then **** it will work. Problem is that all kyos use the same key.

I placed the order but they weren't able to provide ETA.

Let me know, Rishie

I still want the ones from Mackin but the kyos at least might be a deterrant temporarily.

Let me know when they come in, I still want 2 sets (8 locking nuts total).

Any news on these Rishie? Or anyone else that may have a source/distributor who has them in stock?
