Koni + Eibach - rear spring perch Q

Koni + Eibach - rear spring perch Q
I just picked up a set of Konis with Eibach springs for my FC on eBay. The rear springs are a good bit smaller diameter than the spring perch, so much so that the springs are off center on the perch (slid off to one side). Is this normal? I can post a pic later if that would help.
