How do i fix this? (Camber, Caster)

This is a print I got from les schwab a while back when i had my tire alignment done. The reason this is incorrect because I slid into a curb in the snow. The wheel bearings are going so the "veerrring" towards the left is getting worse. Appreciate any suggestions, the guy at les schwab mentioned the control arm.
