Help me troubleshoot

This has been happening since it has been cold out, and is starting to get worse. When my car is cold and i take off at about 1/4 throttle or harder, i get a weird noise from the left rear wheel. it sounds like a plastic 5 gal bucket being scraped along the ground. it also does it around hard righthand turns. I think it may have something to do w/ my saggy springs, but i'm not exactly sure. if you guys know whats up, let me know.

First thing I would check is to see if left rear tire is hitting the fender lip or the liner.
