have rb springs what type of shock/strut??

i am putting on my rb springs soon on my 93 r1, and would like to know whats the best struts to put on there, i was thinking bilstein. i will be doing only street driving, but like good handling. i would like to keep the handling the same as my stock r1 suspension just a little softer am i on the right track with rb springs and bilstein shocks/struts. thanks ahead of time.

Maybe I'm confused but it sounds like you are looking for a SOFTER ride than stock? If that is truly the case, I would not get any aftermarket springs. Just get some touring/base model shocks, which are softer than R1 shocks.

If you want less body roll while still maintaining decent comfort, get a set of springs and some Koni Sports ("yellows"). The Koni's are adjustable from stock firmness to REALLY hard.
