Has any one gone from Tein S to H&Rs or the other way around?

My car is riding on Eibach springs with Tokico springs, even though I like the ride, the rear of the car doesn't drop it enough for me. I was wondering which spring is stiffer, the H&R or the Tein S Techs? They pretty much give the same drop but I want the stiffer of them 2.

Thanks
Rick

Tein S-Tech will be stiffer. The H&R's are progressive.

i had eibachs and sold them thinking i was gonna get coilovers... that got delayed and i got tein s techs and i love em.... the eibachs were more like a stiff stock spring the s-techs feel like an aggresisve stock spring/aftermarket spring.... i like my suspension stiff tho...
