Gram Light Pros mounted

Got the tires mounted on them today and installed them on my car. I'm pretty excited about how they look.

The car has no motor or trans in it right now so it sits a good half inch to an inch higher than it usually does.

What are the wheel widths and offsets again?

Great job! I just love the five-spoke design on the FD Rx7. So timeless, functional, and simple! Looks great ! Enjoy!

18x9 +40 and 18x10 +38 with 255/35/18 and 285/30/18
I weighed them on a scale we use for shipping and its capacity is only 150 lbs. I couldn't weigh myself and them me with the wheel and take the difference. I had to try and balance the wheel on the scale and got about 24 lbs for the rears, 23.5 for the front. A bit heavier than I expected, but really who cares.

Not where it sits right now. There's too many cars and stuff in the garage. I'll have to move it outside. I might do it tonight or tomorrow because I want to install my defi gauges.

Real nice...especially on a silverstone FD. Once you get the car out of there, can you get some outside pics?

quick question about the front wheels. You said theyre 18x9 with a +40 offset right? Im considering the same rims but 17x9's all around with the +40 offset. Will this cause any rubbing issues with a stock uspension? Do you think your wheels will rub and why? would it be due to the fact that they are 18's or because of the offset?
this info will greatly help me out.Thanx

here is a pic of the gram light pro smc limited wheels im interested in.

Ideally you would want a little more offset up front, like +43, but they weren't available in the sizes I wanted. I expect to have to roll the fenders. I do have the M2/AD coilovers, but I haven't driven the car yet with these wheels.
