FD Wheel Fitment Question

I have a 1993 RX-7 R1 with Koni dampers. I am considering picking up a set of Wedsports SA70's. Would these wheels fit my stock-bodied 7?

18x9.0 (+32 or +20 offset available)
18x10.0 (+32 or +18 offset available)

Any thoughts? What offsets should I go with? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Depends what size tire you want to go with. If you choose the low offset set 18x9+20 and 18x10+18 you would probably only be able to fit 235's front and 255's rear and you would have to roll the fenders and run atleast -2 camber. If you went with the 18x9+32 and 18x10+32 you would be able to fit 255's front and 275's rear with rolled fenders.

18x9 +45 and 18x10 +50 are ideally what you'd want for a correct fit without stretching tires. With the proper offset you can run 255/35 and 285/30 (or 275/35) tires. Those offsets won't work with stock fenders, with rolled fenders they might, as mentioned above.

Hmm... I'm really on the fence about this guys. I would love to get away with 18x9.0 +32 and 18x10.0 +32 as the appearance would be quite agressive, but I dont want to ruin drivability.

I was considering running 245/35/18 front and 255/35/18 rear with these wheels. Would that require rolling?

If you don't want to ruin driveability, stick with the offsets known to fit well. Otherwise risk rubbing and live with those issues. The 45 and 50 offsets look aggressive enough and work.

Do it. Yes, it'll require some rolling & you may want to consider taking a step down on the tire widths, but that should fit with relative ease.

Hell, I'd stuff the lower offset ones under there if it was me.
