Searching for these lug nuts!
Hey guys,
I recently just got a set of Sparco Wheels for my FC. I went to mount them up and used some aftermarket RAYS lug nuts (12 1.5). The fronts threaded on just fine and had plenty of bite on the lug studs. Well I go to do the rear and barely get 2 turns before they are snug. My buddy said he remembered a certain set that went along w/ the wheels when he pulled them off of a Skyline GTS-T. They are 12 1.25 of course being Nissan.
They resemble the "tuner" style of lug nuts you can find @ a local Advanced Auto or Autozone but then have a step down and that is where the threads are so that they are deep. They fit flush w/ the wheels and fit perfect. I am trying to locate a set of these in 12 1.5 for my FC.
Has anyone ever had these before? If so, where could I order a set and about how much do they run? They look exactly like the VOLK GT-C and AV3 "specific" lug nuts that EVASIVE MOTORSPORTS carries but they highly recommend not using them except for on VOLK wheels where the degree of the cone fits the Volk wheels perfectly.
