FD rims on Eclipse

I'm getting new wheels for my FD and wanted to know if I could fit the old ones on an Eclipse. I'm about to buy an Eclipse with hubcaps on it so I can't really see the bolt pattern. Does anyone with an eclipse know if this application would work?

The stock FD wheels are 16x8 +50 offset. You will probably have better luck asking this question on a DSM forum with the FD wheel info.

I have them on my 90 GST, i had to use 1/4" spacers up front and none in the rear since I'm FWD. The AWD guys with 1G have to get a lil larger spacer in the rear and might ahve to go with a longer wheel studs.

i saw fd wheels on a 98 eclipse the other day. the bolt patten on the eclipse is 5x114 and so is the rx7. so they will fit and they will not hit the calipers becauuse of the high offset.

if there is a problem with them fitting a 1gen because of the studs not being long enough, you can get et lug nuts which go through the hole in the wheel to get more thread.

Did you check to see if spacers were used?

Those are called shank style lugnuts.

They will fit dsm's, AWD 1G's need spacers front and back. And the studs are long enough.
