FD Rear Coilover Install Rubbing/Contact w/ stabilizer link

So I installed some Apexi coilovers, but when I finished up with the rear I ended up with the rubbing/contact issue with the coilover and the stabilizer link. See image.
Note: Photo was taken when the car was still on stands.
Is this something I need to be worried about? Will it resolve itself when the car is resting on it own?

Thanks in advanced!
