ON FD Alignment

So I brought the car to get an alignment to a reputable shop. Asked to go with -1.2 camber all around as per Howard Coleman's 25 page chassis thread.

I was told that he could only do -0.94 camber in the rear because it wouldn't go any further.

My car has stock everything suspension wise. Is this common or is there something I should look into that would be out of wack?

Thanks,
Eric

Would someone have any input?

Was looking at the settings on the car the other night and saw that my driver rear is set all the way outwards and the passenger rear is set almost in the middle on the dials. These seems weird.
