Being that I was mentioned at the beginning of the post I thought I would chime in. The spring rates that come with the GC kit are 350front and 275rear. I was experiencing serious bottoming out in the left front wheel well at VIR so I got the stiffer and taller 425lb/7" springs up front. Problem was solved. Keep in mind that at the time, the car was full street driven every day, and did three schools a year. I drove to VIR (620miles) and back with the car. No discomfort from my perspective. The shocks are what will dictate ride "quality". I set the shocks lowest setting on the street and tweeked when on track. Car handled fantastic at all venues.
