FC differential and rear suspension

How strong is the differential in an FC RX7?

How much torque, horsepower, and general abuse can it take?

Also, is there issues with wheel hop in the factory rear suspension of these cars? I'm only asking because if it can all handle V8 power and I can retain independent rear suspension is like to keep it

How have the axles held up?

the V8 should be more gentle, so the Turbo rear and axles should hold up to a lot of power. i know people with 500hp at the wheels and the front diff mount is a problem, but other than that its ok. granted sticky tires and drag launches will break stuff, pretty much no matter what

I don't intend to do drag racing with the car at all.

Drifting (maybe some autocross) with some street driving is my intention with the car when I get one

But I do have to ask now what people might be doing to fix the diff mount

No problems that I know of... I've been beating the crap out of this car too, hard launches and stuff.
