Drag Suspension Questions Need Help Fast
I was wondering what to use for drag racing. I have used the search function and have not found the info I am looking for.
1) I want to know if the tein flex suspension will be suitable for drag racing. Or is there a better option.
2) Is it a softer spring rate that you put in the rear and harder in the front. Or do you just soften the dampener in the rear and harden it in the front.
3) Also Will I be able to fit 15 inche rims with 275/50R BFG Comp TAs in the back, what will I need to change.
Please help me I am so confused(while I hyperventilate)

if you have a 3rd gen, 15's will not fit. i've tried and it just isn't happening. i just installed my tein flex and will be heading to the track within the next 2 weeks, so i'll let ya know how it does

15's will not fit? Are you serious, how do 16's fit then. I was planing on buying a par of Weld Racing Wheels that were 15s, cause I saw it on an RX7 in an article in modified mag about a year and a half ago. If it is the right, pattern I don't see there being a problem. Are you sure of this.

indeed. they're just too small of a diameter. they will not fit over the brakes. might be able to do some grinding on the caliper if you're that desperate, but not exactly something i'd be willing to take metal off of
