I know the Aragosta's from Knightsports are $288,000Yen, singles, $348,000Yen double adjustable. Not sure what the current exchange rate is. As for all the Japanese market shocks, the best, as picked by RX7 Magazine in Japan was the Aragosta. It beat out the various Ohlins models (there are about 4, correct?) and everything else. Specifically, from one shop, scored the highest rating possible in every category. I can't read Kenji, but I have the phone number...092-915-7537. The magazine rated "their" version of the Aragosta setup higher than that of anyone else's, including Biot. Price ranges from 29,8000 to31,3000Yen. Many of the Ohlins were right up there as well. They didn't test the RE quantum's although I suspect they'd be a little harsh for the street :-) The Mazdaspeed units didn't rate very well but they have a new setup out with attached resovoirs.

Almost forgot...what interested me most about the JDM units is that they bolt right in without modifications, shims, or other adjustment pieces. They're made for the FD with quality components throughout.

and the Aragosta's were 375900 and that is also not in the 2000 USD range.
ummmm, ya I guess that would be the price of your looking at CURCUIT ONLY suspension.. Otherwise...nope
its too much... You should come to Japan and see what they really cost if you want them bad enough..

Well for this suspension, a none dealer price which would be me, and not asking for a better price. FULLY adjustable Aragosta STREET/Curcuit suspension kit is 268,000 yen which is $2161. I could get it cheaper, like I said before around $2000.

Also once again this is the FULLY adjustable STREET/Curcuit OHLINS PCV suspension KIT, just as it is seen in the pictures below. $2080.

I know I can Ohlins cheaper threw PANSPEED too, so whats the next question...? For those of you that will ask, I will be selling both of these soon, Im just trying to get them cheaper. Also yes these are FULL kits, shocks, springs, pillow *****, everything all you have to do it install them on your car..

Thank you

The best in my opinion is the BUDDY club I saw no one posted after I said something about them, so you must not know. Same people that make the P-1 racing stuff make this suspension, its really nice for Street/Curcuit, and cheaper then most.. They also have a just curcuit model too, BIG BUCKS!! I can get the ones in the picture cheap, PM for special prices..

BUDDYCLUB, you guys know the P-1 racing wheel right?
Same company that makes those, make these. This Suspension, is 13way adjustable they say. Its perhaps one of the most adjustable shocks in the market. Im saving for them now. They are known for the long life and great durability.. the front spring have a rate of 6-12k and the rear have a rate of 5.2-10k. I have never heard of anyone having to overhaul these shocks due to failing, but it you need to the have an overhaul kit avaible, so you can do it at home, and its very easy with simple tools at minimal costs..

My TEIN HA's with pillowmounts give a bouncy ride on full hard. 4 clicks down from hard they give a ruff jolting ride. 8-10 clicks down from hard they give an acceptable street ride.

Full soft (24 clicks down from hard) I forget I'm driving a RX-7 and think I'm in a caddy, floating down the highway...WAY WAY too soft.

I am very happy with their adjustability! I think I paid $1450 for the set w/pillowmounts.

Mazdaspeed is kinda like HKS suspension, except for the one they just came out with, even if you tighten it up all the way, the suspension tends to give you a boucing effect.. Not like these other companies, were they give you a ruff jolting ride. BUT if you use mazdaspeed and HKS, its tuff to race in for corners and even street on corners if you have the **** all the way tighten..

How do you figure that someone who is running those on street will be put into a guard rail? If you know how to drive, it really doesn't matter whether or not you are on track or street.

I've been running a circuit only suspension in my car for almost 17 months, and I'm still driving, eh?

OH OK, what kind of suspension is yours? That would make all the difference...

A modified Sustec Pro setup. It completely destroys my kidneys and teeth fillings on public roads, but hey! whaddya gonna do.

The point is, the suspension is as good as the driver. If he/she can't drive, doesn't really how good the suspension is.

Nonetheless, how much can you get the D/A Aragosta's for?
