Brake Rotor compatibility with US model FD3 for UK import

Guys does anyone know if the discs/rotors on a US model FD3 will fit our RHD Japanese imports here in the UK okay? I am trying to get some from a shop in the states but they seem to think the US model is different which I cannot believe? I have got them to send over measurements and everything I have checked seems to tie up with what is on my car. Would really love it if someone could verify this for me though?
Or if you now what is different I would love to know that too!

Cheers
Lee

there are two choices for brake rotors.

the 16" wheel cars, 10/91-4/2002 all have the same rotors and calipers.

the 17" wheel cars, 12/95-4/2002 have bigger rotors and calipers.

we only got the 16" wheel cars here in the states, so that is likely to be all we have

The stock rotors for the 16" wheel cars have a diameter of 294mm and for the larger 17" wheel cars its 314mm
