Ok before i get yelled at about asking this i have done research and did see the other post with the Xcel with the fitment start but I'm still a bit confused. Im looking at a set of Advan RS/RZ 18" 8.5-9 front and 10" rears, i want to get an off set that are going to be flush with the stock body lines can someone let me know what i will be looking for?

Not sure if it helps, but I put 25mm spacers on the stock wheels and they came right to the fender line.

Dont use spacers larger than 10mm. Its not safe. The wheel fitment thread has a lot of examples of flush fitment on stock body. Keep in mind lower offsets push the wheel out from the body and higher offsets pull the wheels closer to the body. It makes them look sunken in.

Lower offset= more poke
higher offset= sunken in

If he's using a stock wheel with a 25mm spacer and getting a flush fitment then you need a 8j+25 or something close to or equal to that. Stock wheels are 8j+50 and the spacer subtracts 25mm. If you use the website will it fit .com then you can play with the numbers to find out what other sizes are equal to or similar to a 8j+25.

For example a 9j+32 I think is the same fitment as 8j+25. You just gotta play with the numbers

18x9/10 will be fine on stock fenders. Depending on your offset you might have to roll or slightly pull the fenders to make them fit and/or even stretch your tires. Either way if you're looking for that "perfect" fitment you will most likely have to put in a little work to make it look good.

Yea... flush cant really be achieved without a roll or pinch. The lip on the fender wells prevents that unless you want to run your wheels directly under the fender. You hit a hump or something wrong or too hard then your wheel will smash against it.

Look in the wheel fitment thread. Theres 100s of pictures and specs of peoples fitment. Perfect sizing on stock body has been shown in there a few times along with tire sizes.

I used 18x8.5 +45 F and 18x9.5 +38 R. No rolling or spacers. Fits perfectly with stock body.

Pietro, that's not flush dogg

This is an 18x10 +32 Fikse with a 5mm spacer so +27. 265/35 RE-71 tire.

You'd need a 28mm spacer to achieve the same look on a 9 inch plus 42. Really ain't cutting it for the rear IMO

I guess you're right. They could come out a little more to be completely flush

It's wasn't my first choice I am trying to make it work. I have a friend who goes back and forth to Japan and he has been trying to find these wheels for me I think I'm going to pick them up and use them as my front wheels instead. What do you think GoodfellasFd3s

Well, you'd need four wheel at some point right? They're definitely a better choice for the front. The SA3R are a 'different' kind of wheel to run, and certainly rare.

Really you can't run nice flush fitment without rolling the fenders. It's understandable that many guys don't want to alter the stock fenders, I get that.

However we did it (help from my buddy Dan who is very good) on my 35k mile BB '95 car, so it's not like it can't be safely done on 'rare low mile' FDs

Pietro, your wheels are beautiful and look nice on your FD--- good compromise given the stock fenders. However, I've *never* seen anyone say they prefer the stock sunken battleship look before my man

I like the more stock look instead of flush. They are both nice, just opinion. My wheels are slightly inset, nothing outrageous.

What offset would you suggest for the rear of the car?

I run 17x8.5 +40 up front and 18x9.5 +45 in back, looks less "EXTREEEME!", which I prefer...

Pietro931-nice looking FD! Those are the Advan GT's, if I'm not mistaken? Less wind noise keeping them slightly inset too, I suppose
