Brake Pads (Wilwood 6 Piston)

I have a 6 piston setup in the front from Wilwood, and stock rears.

Does anybody know what kind of pads fit on these, and have recommendations for the rear?

I've heard good things about Endless. I used to have AXXIS pads on my GSX, they were nice, they didn't grip amazing but they didn't have any fade that I could notice, which is pretty nice for a 3400 lb car + $3000 of stereo equipment.

How about calling Wilwood with the caliper info to get the correct pad size?

Is this just for street driving? Endless pads are so overpriced, it's almost funny.

Get PFC 93, 97 or 01 for the track... for the street it doesn't much matter.

Yeah this is just for street driving. Endless pads are overpriced, of course, they have to come all the way from Japan. Wilwood has pretty shitty customer service.

Most anyplace that sells pads ought to have a record of that pad shape... it isn't exotic or anything... it may even be on the wilwood site if you poke around. Just get yourself some Axxis "ultimate" pads, and be done w/ it.... they came w/ my stoptechs, and are fine on the street.

I used Wilwoods on the front of my road racer (not an FD unfortunitly) for serveral years with great success. At that time I always used their mid-range pads, but I know they also had 'street' pads, too. Therefore, I agree with rynberg and suggest you call Wilwood first.

Another "bling" jdm brake pad is project mu. I must say they are excellent pads, but the price isn't

I run the same kit on the street. I use Hawk Hp plus, front and rear. I will get you the part # as soon as I find the box.

They have always given me great customer service. Also their website has a section that shows you a drawing of all of their pads with dimensions so you can find it yourself.

I dunno what you guys are smoking, but Endless nor Project Mu do NOT make brake pads for the Wilwood SL6 calipers.

Popular choices are Hawk, Performance Friction, and Wilwood.
Check out the Wilwood website - they have extensive PDF downloadable files which give you very extensive description of their like of brake pads - they have A/H/J/B/C/E/Q/T compounds, so I'm sure you'll find one to suit your needs.
Hawk has their regular line-up of HP/HP+/Blue/Black compounds.
The Wilwood SL6 uses the "HB101" industry size, so it should've be hard to find them in the U.S.

Dredging up an old thread. But I think a clarification is in order.

The HB101 pads will only fit the Wilwood SL6 if you either remove the cross brace or grind the pads center pin mounts off and clearance that same area for the cross brace. I can post some pics to clarify if anyone is interested.
