Bilstein & Ground Control

I have a '94 R2 stock coilovers

I would like to change the spring rates and ride height.

Does anyone have Bilsteins on their car?

I can only find Bilstein HD for sale, will these work?

I'm shooting for 8k (~450lbs) Front / 6k(~325lbs) Rear setup that Howard Coleman recommends.

I'm guessing the Bilsteins need to be revalved for 8k/6k, will they work after lowering the car an inch? Should I send to Bilstein in CA to get work done on them?

Any advice?
