Hey guys, I finally got all my wheel stuff squared away. My SSR GT2's should be here tomorrow, and the new tires will follow shortly thereafter.

I will post some pics once it's all said and done.

Thanks for the posts, pics, and advice.

Depends on what yoru looking for...I have been through fikse fm 10's, ccw classics (best two mesh wheels imo) and now I changed it again and went with the Work Meister S1 3p full polish

I'm a big fan of Fikse, most Volk's, SSR comp's, Advan RG II, Advan RS forged and many more. but like i said the wheel has to go with the car!!

here's some 17" Fikse FM10's in hi gloss black!!

seeing your wheels at DGRR sealed the deal on having my SSRs powdercoated gloss black.

I have turned into a bit of a Fikse fan myself, and I must at least partially blame GoodfellaFD3S - in a good way! Not a fan of mesh wheels on these cars, do like the 5 spoke look (like FM5 or Profil 5), and surprisingly multi spoke wheels like the Profil 13! (but not the 'dual spoke' look) The natural aluminum color works well for me too, whether matte or polished or anodized.

The problem I have is I like a lot of wheels. I think most wheels look good on an FD. My being always goes to the best performing wheels which tend to be single piece, rigid, lightweight and wide wheels.

For 100% looks only, I like the SBC SSR sp01 wheels in a staggard application. I like the step lip.

For performance, I went with NT03 18x11.5" wide which has the best fitment and width for what I want on stock fenders and I don't mind the looks of them. Rigid, lightweight, look good, good fitment.

For performance and looks with no offset limiting factors, I like the Wedsport TC105N wheels in 18x10.5 +12. Those wheels look awesome.

And for huge bling regardless of fitment or lug pattern or whatever it may be.

Planning on getting some red center caps for these bad boys. Will work well with the spirit r brakes.
