Apexi N1 Pro Shock Absorber rate/tare

Hi everyone,
I'm gonna take my front left coilover to a shop for a rebuild, but shop needs rate/tare (or I don't know how you say that in english) for the shock absorber, note that I'm not talking about spring rates but shock absorber.

I took a look on their website, came with that list: http://www.apexi.co.jp/pdf/products/n1_list.pdf
But I'm not sure which column to read.

Some help would be appreciated! Thanks.

Shouldn't you just bring the Right shock as well and they dyno that first so they can see if after they rebuild the Left one it matches within tolerance.

Not that I expect they would have to do anything with the piston/stack anyways...

Too short on time, I'm taking it tomorrow morning, and it's already night here, shop is closing on friday for 2 weeks...
