Ball Joints and Tie Rod ends

What does everyone recommend for factory replacement and lowered (DG-5 coilovers) suspension?

My FD has about 120K on it and the steering feels a little sloppy and loose. I have DG5 coilovers but I think the ball joints and tie rod ends need to be replaced. What's out there or recommended to tighten up the front end and square up the geometry of a lowered FD?

I'm also interested in the OP question. My FD has 120k miles as well...

The other day I bought new inner and outer tie rod ends from rockauto (MOOG brand) and I will de-power my steering rack and weld the quill shaft. I will also get the powerflex bushing kit from J-Auto. I believe this will refresh and tighten up the front end.

However my FD is stock height with stock shocks and springs...

how was the quality on the Moog inner and outer tie rods? I was actually about to pull the trigger on some from RockAuto as well, but haven't made the purchase yet.

I just ordered them the other day and haven't got them in the mail yet. I've read good stuff about MOOG tie rods here on the forum so I decided to get them. Aparently if you're lucky you can even get a mazda OEM tie rod in a MOOG box....

When I get them I can snap a few pics and let you know what I think

Yeah that would be cool if you could, I'll probably purchase some next week, so hope to hear good news about them.

The inner tie rods are Mazda OEM

and here are the outer tie rods. They're made in Japan. They look very well built. However time will tell once I put them on the car.

Thanks a lot! I hear the 555 stamp is the good stuff, and that's awesome they gave you factory inner tie rods, great buy! I'm now going to make my purchase lol, thanks for posting the good news.

No problem man. Yeah apparently 555 makes products of equal quality to OEM or even better.

Just wanted to chime back in. I received my inner tie rods today, and yes they are OEM Mazda Inner tie rods! I was pretty happy seeing that, pay 50 bucks and get 2 new OEM inner tie rods, can't beat that deal! My outer tie rods should be coming in later today, so hopefully will get the same 555 stamped one's you received.

Where did everyone order their parts from? I might need to install some new ones during my build here shortly.
