Avon slick tire pressure
Hi all,
I recently purchased a set of 4 Avon slicks (9.20.0 x13),from a used race tire dealer. I have been surprised how little information I've been able to find pertaining to tire pressures for autocross.
I have a 79 SA Limited that is autocross only. Weight is about 1970 pounds, coil overs Eibach springs, Tockico adjustable shocks and camber plates. I'm running about 2.5 degrees camber.
Has anyone else run these tires?
Goodyear slicks like lower pressures. Hoosiers like a bit higher.
Suggestions?
