Uh, that's a Volk wheel, the stickers are sold separate.
It could also be the Rota version too.

That's just one version of the design search around and you might find it.

Those can be....

Volk TE37 (Original)
Rota ( copy )
Varrstoen (copy)

Or many other wheels that copied Volks...

Those are TE37sl. That car is nuts, currently those wheels are red, it has one of the first single turbo conversions done to a 335, and some more crazy body work with dual exhaust coming out of the center of the rear bumper. They are very expensive wheels tho, you might like the Rays 57D-R's, kind of like baby TE's:

Any info on the car?

And can anyone confirm the color? It's pressed graphite right? I'm not sure if it's just me but that color on that car just looks a lot lighter than the pressed graphite color featured on the volks website.

Its a 335i sedan with m3 body conversion, single turbo conversion, custom m3/1m bumper and a ton of other work. Most work done by LTBMW and the turbo setup by Vishnu/fftec motor sports. If you go to e90post.com and search "creaminz" you will get a ton of info.

Oh snaps. I saw that car when it was over at FFTEC.

That thing is a beast. They were giving rides out at re-grand opening in the Vishnu single turbo beamers. It was insane.

Dang... still trying to find that rim color. lol.
