Sorry for asking this probably for the millionth time, I did search but want to confirm what I've found before dropping nearly $2,200. Based upon this thread (https://www.rx7club.com/suspension-w...s-help-991326/) and in particular the pictures from jasonn, are 17x9.5 +38mm RPF1s with 255/40/17s all around still accepted to fit an otherwise completely stock FD with NO rubbing at all? They look perfect based upon the pictures he's shown and he reported zero rub even during track days. Can anyone else confirm this is good to go? Also, would this offset limit my brake upgrade options in the future? Not looking to do anything too crazy, just curious. Thanks in advance for any help you all can offer!
rears should be fine
fronts... you definitely need to roll the fenders. The frequency of rubbing will probably vary by your roads and how steep your driveways are, ride height etc. I get some rubbing on my 17x9 +45 setup up front - usually on big dips in the canyons or turning up steep driveways.
Reviving this since I still haven't gotten around to purchasing this combo yet but realize I made a mistake/misquoted the actual setup I was looking to do in my first post. Here's Jason94R2's original post and I essentially am looking to mimic the same exact combo (wheel and tire sizes/offsets) assuming they won't rub:

Doesn't need to be a square setup and I actually really like the look of bigger rear tires as compared to the front. My main issue is I absolutely do not want to roll the fenders/quarters. He's reported successful track days as well with no issues:

Shows the rears tucking nicely w/o rub.
And the fronts w/o rubbing.
I figure this is the most tire you can get under the FD f/r with RPF1 wheels with untouched fenders and stock splash guards. I'm running 2* camber up front and 1.5* out back, stock bars f/r.

Is the consensus still that this is a good setup for an otherwise stock suspension without needing to roll anything?
