Alignment now or later?

I recently picked up some new wheels and tires and plan to have them mounted on my car.

The car needs an alignment, but I plan to replace the diff bushings as well as the rear trailing arm bushings(per Howard Coleman's reccomendations) with Super Pro bushings. I also need to replace the front sway bar end links.

My question is will I need to get the car re-aligned after I have the bushings installed, or is it ok to go ahead and get the alignment done now and upgrade the bushings in the future?
