My 94 FD show inner rear tires wear...finally got all CCWs with new tires. Should I get the alignment check now with stock FD 16" wheels & tires or have alignment done with the new 17" wheels/tires combo.

Wait for the CCWs. Run slightly more conservative camber settings than the Pettit Long Track for 16" wheel settings for a good balance between response and tire wear.
