hey people,i have just fitted mazdaspeed adjustables to my series 5 but for the life of me cannot work out how to adjust the height without ruining the stiffness ,i guess i just screw the nuts down is this right?????

 

Yes, adjust the lower spring perch. It won't change the spring rate, just preload slightly but the shocks shouldn't have been preloaded that much to begin with. Other shock companies have an adjustable lower shock mount for ride height adjustment, but I'm almost 100% sure the MAZDASPEED is only spring perch adjustable.
