Adjustable end links - sway bar tuning

I've got the adj. sway bar links for my front swaybar, but yet to have the rear. They'll be ordered soon. I have the fronts set at stock end link height, but I want to tune with them a bit.

Which way will the front sway bar react to the end links being shortened? lengthened?
and for the rear?

You really can't unless you're going to running one way around a circle track.
You just need to adjust them everything is "neutral".
