If you want linear springs, run the Racing Beats. If you want progressive, run the H&R springs (what SleepR1 runs).

It really depends on what you're doing with the car. SleepR1 is a big fan of the progressive spring setup for a track car. I prefer the linear spring setup for a auto-x/track car. (Mostly auto-x, b/c I'm not loaded like SleepR1. ) If you're looking for neither of these, you might want something completely different. So like I said, it depends on you.

BTW, be careful picking up Eibach springs. Eibach sells progressive spring kits and also sells linear springs for coilovers. The linear springs they sell ONLY work for coilovers. Just FYI.

Which ones would be best so I will have no rubbing up front? I have 235/35/17 and already rub a little on hard left turns when hittinga bump..

So don't rush into the bumps while turning left!

LOL..I do that, but I want to lower the car and I need to know what springs would not lower the front end way too much so that I could actually drive it...

This was done today, I'm sure crazy (nik) will chime in later. Nik put the R1 shocks on his touring today with the new H&R springs. Very nice, rides much better than stock FD springs and R1 shocks. Handles like a dream.
