85 7 rear ride height adj.

Hi,
I have a set of ground control coil overs and eibach springs on the car now. The rear springs do not have sleeves and collars. I want to lower the car as low as possible. The front is adj, so I was wondering what anyone else has done to lower all four corners to the same height. Links to websites for lowering springs? Or do I have to cut and weld mount points for the rear suspension. I do not want to cut the rear springs.

Thank you for your help,
Spencer.
