18x9.5 TE37's +12 on an FC, possible?
I've been wanting to get a nice set of wheels now that I have a bit more money saved up from the holidays and work. Would this size and offset work on an FC using stock fenders? Thanks for looking and any help is greatly appreciated.

Depends on the tire size...
Up front, getting a 225...235 wide tire under is no problem.
If you wanna run wider than that, it's not going to fit under the stock front fenders.

and then you get this...
I don't think there's anyway a 225 is going to fit on that.

You're telling me you can't pull off this combo without fender pulling and negative camber?

Its kinda impossible to fit 18 * 9.5 on the front of an fc. no matter what tire and what offset. I fot a 18 * 7.5 et 45 with a 225 40 18 tire. and it just barely fits without rubbing. Thats without cutting or rolling anything. If you wanna go with the 9.5 invest the 600-700 bucks in the wide fenders and then slap on some 285 in rear with 255 in front. get a lot more compliments like that then with extra strech tires and wheels sticking out like an inch. just my two cents.

I believe all these fit but i gotta wonder about rubbing issues when driving. It looks awesome but seems like unless you are riding on cinderblocks it would rub. However this does make me think i wont need wide fenders to fit a 17x9 with 26offset. any opinions?

wide fender for sure!!!!!!!
then run some 245s or 255s on them.
something thin/short so you have as much room as possible.
I like my 18x10 with a 285 up front but I am special... durrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Just for reference you guys need to make sure that you consider backspacing tolerances for the FC.
My safe offsets are below for FC backspacing with coilovers. I know guys have run higher but these are guaranteed safe regardless of what suspension you get.
Front highest offset fitments. It's all somewhere around there.
9" +20
9.5" +15
10 +9
What suspension was hypertek running?
