18x8 fittage issues?

so i'm thinking of buying new wheels for my FC and i stumbled upon these

ans i was wondering if these would fit on my FC or would there be any rubbing? or lost of handling etc?

I doubt the offset is right.
They don't list any offset specs.

If this is them, http://www.wheelspecs.com/specs/wheelmodels/1511 , then the offset is 30,38 and the PCD is 5X114.3 .

I have no clue if that fits, I'm just good at finding information.
