SAFC-II or F-Con

Okay so iam about to invest some money into a piggyback. I be either buying a used F-Con(usually around 250 for S5). Or a new SAFC-II(Around the same price as the F-con on ebay). Since my turbo is spitting oil I am gonna upgrade to a BNR Stage 2, and shoot for 270 RWP. I already got a fuel pump, koyo rad is in the planbook. Injectors are still unsure, I need to address this as well, but that will be later. Can you put bigger than 720cc's in the mix and control it with the SAFC, or even the F-con for that matter, I'm so ignorant. Basically if I wanted to make 270rwhp can I do it with the F-Con or SAFC-II? And if so would the F-Con be better or the SAFC-II. With the F-Con you can add a lot of **** to it, and with the SAFC isn't that the roof? If we get this piggy-back selected, how big should I go on the injectors, 720cc's all around wouldn't suffice it would it? Would 1300cc's Secondaries and 720cc's primaries do the trick?

Dammnit I just read the F-Con doesnt support bigger than 550cc's without a GCC. arg.......arg. arg......
