Super AFC S-AFC Vs this AFR controler!!!

S-AFC Vs this AFR controler!!!
Ok,
I have 86 NA european version which is without cat,O2 sensor, less emission strict but major problem is that AFM is sending 0-12V signal to ECU (only fuel map, ignition is ciol like 85 1st gen), so i can not install S-AFC. And also car is runing very rich, which is by my opinion since ECU is geting less data for AFR adjustment.
MPG cca.13 no mather how i drive!!
Car has cca. 30k miles on it and it is fully tuned up, no mods other thna custom made rear mufflers (great sound will post video one day).
So to get to the point i found on internet cheap AFR adjuster and would apriciate to get some good advise weather i buy this or no (since there is no other way to tune my AFR).
