Super AFC NA SAFC2 issues

NA SAFC2 issues
Wired up my SAFC2 and got the wiring fine it reads and displays all the sensors and I set it up right (flap, 05-05, 4cyl up arrow right).
The car starts up and reversed out of my driveway fine. But when I put it in first to drive away it stalls about a second or two after I release the clutch. Does this every time. Seems like gas issue.
I haven't changed anything other than the initial set up.
S4 6-port NA 3k miles
Catless stock exhaust
Cone filter
MSD ignition
Aux port inserts
Stock injectors
Secondary butterflies removed
Full emmisions remova

Turns out I had swapped the AFM in an out wires. After correcting it the car starts fine and runs fine until I hit above about 4k RPM in 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th it starts bucking. Haven't adjusted any settings still other than the initial settings.
Also won't idle but that could be something. Else.

Sorry that there doesn't seem to be any experts on the SAFC on the board anymore.
I am not sure, on the S5 NA, but I think that 4000 rpm is where the secondary injectors start to work. 4000 rpm. may also be where the aux ports open up making it even more lean.
It sounds like the injectors may not be coming on line or are adjusted too lean.
Does the car have stock NA injectors? Do you have the SAFC zeroed out so that it does not decrease or increase the injector duty cycle?
If the car won't idle then I think that is the first problem you need to address.
Sory to say but I think that something is still not wired up right.
You may want to take the SAFC back out of the circuit to confirm that everything is OK without it.

Everything works the way it should when I disconnect the SAFC and jumper the white and yellow wires on the SAFC side harness.
Im going to assume its just the secondaries as Im pretty sure my aux ports aren't working correctly as I have an s4 and no cats. (i know i need to fix this. I just haven't wired up the rpm switches and air pump yet)
