Super AFC knock sensor at 0 in monitor mode

knock sensor at 0 in monitor mode
Hey all, Just installed a SAFC2 and everything seems to be working OK. Only thing I wasn't sure about is the knock sensor. When I did the knock sensor error calibration during the initial setup, it gave a value that seemed appropriate. Even now when I go to that menu for knock calibration, i'm getting a number.
When I go to monitor mode though the knock level stays at 0. Does the value only move for an actual knock? or is something not right?
